Coffee, and the caffeine consumption from it, has become a contested topic in health circles over recent years.
Some people say it’s unhealthy, some people say it’s healthy.

Use caffeine intelligently as a tool in your tool box for optimizing your hormonal health, specifically if you use it before you hit a hard gym session.
Just don’t go too crazy and drink so much coffee that you have a stress response and big spike in cortisol.
